Mr. Doyen has over 9 years of consulting engineering experience in the public and private sectors on various project types including: roadway design; water distribution; wastewater collection; storm water drainage; commercial site and residential development; detention and water quality reservoirs; construction materials testing and flood study modeling.

Mr. Doyen’s responsibilities have included all levels of project involvement including, feasibility engineering studies, conceptual design, project design, preparation of construction plans and technical specifications, construction project management, project management of design teams and contract administration. Mr. Doyen is proficient in computer modeling using computer programs HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, WaterCAD, Hydroflow, HydroCAD, Retain Pro, WinStorm, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
